Refund policy

Physical Books

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Physical books may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.

To return a book:

  • Email us at skiphadden.com within 30 days
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We'll provide return instructions
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund issued (minus original shipping) once we receive the book

Please note: Books that have been opened, written in, or show any signs of use cannot be returned, as they cannot be resold.

Damaged or defective books: If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.


Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

Due to the instant delivery and downloadable nature of PDF products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once the download link has been provided.

Private Lessons

I want to make sure private lessons are a good fit for you. For any questions or changes to lessons, please Contact me as soon as possible (note: changes cannot be made through booking app).

Single Lessons

Before your scheduled lesson:

  • Cancel 48+ hours in advance: Full refund
  • Cancel 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund

After your lesson:

  • Single lessons are non-refundable once completed
  • If you have concerns about your lesson experience, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll work with you

Lesson Packages (4, 6, or 8 Sessions)

Before your first lesson:

  • Full refund available if you cancel 48 hours before your first scheduled session

After your first lesson:

  • If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours
  • I'll refund the remaining sessions in your package

After completing 2+ lessons:

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable (you've received value from Skip's time and expertise)
  • Package credits expire 6 months from purchase

Rescheduling Policy (All Lessons)

  • 48+ hours notice: Full credit toward future lesson
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% credit
  • Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: No refund or credit
